2．申报单位应服从拍摄管理使用单位决定

自北京市文物局收到申报文件三日内通知申请单位办理结果
三、实施期限
2008年7月1日至2008年10月17日
四、保障措施
1、承办部门设定专人负责办理。
2、文物局外联处负责与奥组委和申办单位的协调工作。

The Quick Approval Procedure for Filming Cultural Relics during the Beijing Olympic Games and Preparatory Period by Beijing Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage
1. Applicants shall
fill out Application for filming Cultural Relics by BOCOG or Special Application Form for Quick Approval of Filming Cultural Relics during the Beijing Olympic Games and Preparatory Period by Beijing Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage.
follow directions and supervision from related administrative departments.
2. Time Required
The Beijing Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage will make a decision on approval or disapproval within 3 days as of the day of acceptance of the application.
3. Implementation Period
The implementation period of this procedure will be 109 days from July 1st to October 17th 2008.
4. Implementation Guarantee
A specially-assigned person is responsible for the transaction of applications.
